About ZARLSS
ZARLSS started in 2017 with a small team and a narrow scope. Everything since — the capabilities, the technical range, the size of the organisation — was added one engagement at a time.
Our story
In 2017 ZARLSS began as a limited team taking on development and support work. There was no large launch and no shortcut — the early years were spent doing the work carefully, learning what clients actually needed from a technology partner, and keeping the commitments we made.
That approach turned out to be the foundation. Clients who started with a single piece of work asked us to take on more, and those relationships became the long-term outsourcing engagements that a large part of the company now runs on. Growth followed the work rather than the other way around.
Today ZARLSS is an organisation of roughly 200+ technology professionals working across software development, application support, quality engineering, DevOps and analysis. We are still adding capability, and we still measure ourselves on whether the systems we deliver keep working after we hand them over.
We are deliberate about what we claim. If a technology, a capability or a commitment is not something we can genuinely deliver, we say so early — because an engagement that starts on an overstatement rarely ends well for anyone.
Growth & milestones
A limited team, expanding capabilities, long-term outsourcing engagements, growing technology teams — and an organisation that is still building.
2017
The company starts with a small, focused team taking on development and support work, and establishes the delivery habits it still runs on.
2018–2020
Technical capability broadens across development and application support, and engagements begin running on a longer-term basis rather than project to project.
2021–2023
Dedicated teams and structured outsourcing engagements become a core part of how ZARLSS works, supported by more formal delivery and support practices.
2024–2025
Delivery teams grow across engineering, quality and support functions, with wider coverage of cloud, DevOps and integration work.
2026
ZARLSS operates as an organisation of roughly 200+ technology professionals, and continues to build capability and teams.
These are illustrative milestones describing the company's growth phases rather than a record of specific dated events.
How we work
Teams stay on an account. System knowledge compounds instead of being rebuilt with every rotation.
Agreed working overlap, regular written updates and a named point of contact on every engagement.
We take responsibility for the systems we run — including the parts that are inconvenient to own.
Practices, standards and technical capability are reviewed deliberately, not left to drift.
